Refund and Returns Policy
1. The NutraEssence 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our product with a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
How this works:
- Customers are encouraged to use the product consistently for up to 90 days.
- If they do not see satisfactory results, they may request a refund under our guarantee.
Conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days after the 90th day from delivery.
- The customer must provide a valid order number / proof of purchase.
- This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only.
- The customer must confirm that the product was used consistently for the full 90 days as directed.
This is a results-based guarantee, not a return of physical goods.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept physical returns only under the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original condition and packaging
- The customer must contact our support team first to request return approval.
Important:
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refused or undeliverable shipments will not be refunded.
Shipping costs:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the customer received the wrong or damaged product, NutraEssence will cover return shipping.
3. Australian Consumer Law (The "ACL")
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the ACL.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team:

Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and the specific return address.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (to verify the bottle is returned):
- We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 days.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
