Processing Time
All orders are processed within1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Local Time) are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on Fridays, or weekends will be processed the following business day.
  • Please note: While we may pack orders on weekends, carriers only pick up shipments Monday through Friday.

Shipping Costs
We offer Free Shipping Worldwideon all orders.

Estimated Transit Times
Once your order has been processed (1-2 days), the estimated delivery time is:

  • Standard Shipping:6 to 8 business days.
  • Peak Season / Holidays:10 to 12 business days.
  • Note:Orders are shipped from our international logistics center. Occasional delays due to customs clearance or postal service disruptions are beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on our "Track Your Order" page using your email and order number.

Lost or Missing Packages
In the rare event a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or resend the item free of charge, based on your preference.

  • Important: Nutraessence is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Please review your shipping details carefully at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but claimed as missing (e.g., stolen from porch).

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@mynutraessence.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot modify the destination.

Cancellations
We accept cancellation requests before an order has been processed. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. In that case, please wait for the item to arrive and follow our Return Policy.
